Asif is the founder and Chairman of the ADN Group and the Managing Partner of SEAF Bangladesh Ventures. He has been a successful entrepreneur and visionary leader in the field of IT and the Telecommunication sector. Throughout his 30 years of illustrious experience in the Telecommunication sector, he has been contributing immensely to the global telecommunication scenario with foresight, innovation and technology modernization. Under his strategic and transformational leadership, ADN Telecom Limited has become one of the largest IT and Telecommunication service providers in Bangladesh.

He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur (India) and has undergone multiple executive development programs in leadership, strategy, negotiation and governance from different renowned business institutes across the world. He is an active member of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Korea-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Wireless Internet Broadband Association, Bangladesh Association of Call-Centre & Outsourcing, and Internet Service Providers’ Association of Bangladesh.

He was instrumental in successfully converting his multiple technology start-up ventures into established corporations. He has helped to build the country’s first workforce of IT Engineering in early 1990 and enabled global technology giants like CISCO, Sun Microsystems and Oracle to make inroads in Bangladesh.

Deedarul is a highly experienced leader in the banking and finance domain with experience of more than 28 years, both at the national and international level in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Middle East and Singapore. He is a very well-known professional in the field of Asset Liability Management. He has worked with global banking groups like ANZ Grindlays and Standard Chartered Bank, where he was part of the Global Markets business, having in-depth knowledge and experience of global financial markets. Prior to joining ADCOR, he was holding the position of CEO for 5 years in BRAC EPL Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Brac Bank. He has been a successful advisor to many organizations like ADN Group on finance related issues and other critical areas.

He has graduated in Civil Engineering from NIT Durgapur, India and received his MBA from IBA, Dhaka. He has been accredited for several professional trainings and workshops including Public Speaking courses in Karachi; Operational Risk workshop in Kenya; Rethinking Leadership, Advanced ALM, Sales Development Course & Treasury Marketing Course in Dubai; Performance Management, Leadership Management, Business Goal management (BGM), Basic Credit Course & Trade Finance Programme in Dhaka. He led a project of interbank rate rationalization for 7 countries, while he was based in Standard Chartered Singapore as Director of Asset Liability Management. He is a highly driven individual with strong leadership quality and people management skills.

Sourabh is a seasoned leader with more than 22 years of experience in management and technology consulting, technology implementation and quality assurance across multiple functional domains in India, US, Nepal and Bangladesh. His area of expertise lies around Business Operations, Program Management, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Roadmap Development, Technology Solutions Fit-Gap Assessment, Team Building & Management, and Client Account Management.

He holds a Postgraduate in Information Technology as well as Data Science from International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore in India. He has successfully completed his Executive Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in India. He has certifications of Six Sigma Green Belt, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner and HIPAA. He has also undergone trainings and workshops on PMI-ACP Certification and IIBA CBAP Certification. He has authored multiple articles and publications for internal knowledge repository and external seminar & conference proceedings.

He has worked with several Government and Public Sector clients to help them in addressing their issues and challenges around procurement, operational/business processes, storage & distribution, health insurance administration, compliance, urban development, logistics and supply chain. Some of these projects were having national level significance. Prior to joining ADCOR, he has worked in leading global organizations like PwC, GE and Thermax, in different key positions handling multiple roles.

Barrister Nihad is an Advocate of Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a senior partner of Syed Ishtiaq Ahmed & Associates, a leading firm of legal consultants and practitioners in Bangladesh. She has more than 30 years of experience as a civil, commercial, corporate and company lawyer. She is the legal advisor of several leading national and international firms in various sectors in Bangladesh and is also involved in rendering consulting services to corporate, social and development organizations for infrastructure & PPP projects, gas and oil exploration, banking & finance, healthcare and legislative review.

Nihad had completed her BA (Hons) degree in Law, LLM and MA degree from Cambridge University, UK. She is the President of Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dhaka till December 2021 and holds Independent Director position on the Board of Square Textiles Limited, and SREDA. She is a Director and Shareholder of Kedarpur Tea Co. Ltd., a leading tea company of the country.

She is a Director of Brac Bank Limited, IDCOL and Guardian Life Insurance Limited. She had chaired the boards of Brac EPL Stock Brokerage Limited and Brac EPL Investment Limited until recently. She had also worked as counsel in the office of the General Counsel of Asian Development Bank headquarters in Manila. She is a member of the Company Law Reform Commission, Fellow of BIDS, Member of the Board of Governors of Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre (Chaired by the Hon. Prime Minister) and has been member of National Pay and Services Commission and National Education Policy Committee, Government of Bangladesh.

Mohammad Tamim is an energy policy and planning expert as well as an academician with more than 30 years of extensive experience in University teaching, research, government administration, Policy Development, Demand Side Management, Energy Efficiency and Clean Development Mechanism in Bangladesh. He has held key positions in academic administration and led joint projects with overseas universities and multilateral aid agencies. He has worked as a lead consultant, sectoral analysis expert and external reviewer in several projects of World Bank, JICA, USAID and other international organizations. The Renewable Energy Policy 2008 was spearheaded under his leadership.

Tamim holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from BUET, Bangladesh and a MTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT-Madras, India. He has done his PhD in Petroleum Engineering from University of Alberta, Canada. He played a key role in establishing the Petroleum & Mineral Resource Engineering Department in BUET and successfully implemented major academic cooperation programs with international universities. He has served as a Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor, in the rank of State Minister, for Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, Bangladesh.

He is an Independent Director of MJL Bangladesh Ltd and Energypac Power Generation Ltd. He is the Founding Chairperson for Society of Petroleum Engineers, Bangladesh Section. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Bangladesh Gas Fields Company Ltd and Bangladesh Petroleum Institute. He has been a Member of National Energy Advisory Committee and National Gas Utilization Committee for Bangladesh Government.
